I use this one almost every day. It re-samples and converts various formats

(OGG, WMA, MP3, etc - but NOT Real Audio, use RM-to-MP3 for that) in batch

mode, i.e. you feed it a list of files and it processes all of them. I usually

re-sample all music files down to 96kbps, as this conserves drive space and

sounds just as good as 128 or higher to my old ears I included instructions

to get you through a session and show how it works. Crack included also. Note:

there is a v1.8 out but it didn't have any noteable improvements that I

could see.
